Drew Titus

Drew Titus is the Managing Partner and Founder of COGO Partners, a premier boutique legal executive search and staffing firm focused on helping leading law firms and corporate legal departments strategically build, scale, and strengthen their legal platforms. With more than 30 years of legal-industry marketing and consulting expertise, Drew advises senior leadership on critical talent decisions that directly impact revenue, leadership depth, and long-term competitive position—going far beyond traditional recruiting.

Prior to launching COGO Partners, Drew held senior leadership roles at some of the most innovative legal services companies in the market, including Clutch Group (now Morae Global), and Update Legal (now part of Innovative Driven). These organizations helped redefine how lawyers practice law—operating at the intersection of legal talent, technology, data, and modern service delivery.

That background gives Drew a distinct advantage today: he understands not only who firms should hire, but how elite talent must be positioned, framed, and narrated to resonate with managing partners, practice leaders, and compensation committees in highly competitive hiring decisions.

Although intentionally boutique, COGO Partners operates at the highest levels of the legal market, advising Am Law 100 law firms and Fortune 500 corporate legal departments on how to build durable, high-performing legal teams. Drew works directly with managing partners, practice leaders, and general counsel to identify where talent can most effectively accelerate growth—whether by strengthening a core practice, launching a new capability, or upgrading leadership within a critical group. His approach combines deep market intelligence, precise candidate positioning, and an ability to deliver exceptional talent with uncommon speed.

Naima Walker-Fierce

Naima is a partner at COGO Partners, where she brings more than 20 years of experience designing and executing high-impact legal recruiting strategies. Her career has been defined by the ability to align talent with firm-wide business objectives and deliver measurable results at the highest levels of the legal industry.

 

Prior to joining COGO, Naima founded and led Fierce Group, LLC, a Washington, DC– and Nashville-based legal recruiting firm advising law firms on strategic growth, lateral integration, and talent acquisition. Earlier in her career, she spent a decade directing the global legal recruiting function at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, one of the world’s most prestigious law firms. As a member of the firm’s Executive Director Group—alongside the heads of Finance, IT, Marketing, and HR—Naima played a key role in firm-wide strategic planning and execution, contributing to complex financial, business, and administrative initiatives beyond recruiting.

Before transitioning into executive recruiting leadership, Naima practiced corporate law at Winston & Strawn and served as Assistant General Counsel at Clear Channel Entertainment, giving her a practitioner’s perspective that informs her strategic, business-minded approach to talent.

In addition to her work at COGO Partners, Naima is the majority owner of a neighborhood-focused Nashville sports bar. She serves on the Law Board of Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, is a Trustee of the University School of Nashville, a Board Member of Les Dames d’Escoffier Nashville, and Chair of the Advisory Board of Iris House, a New York nonprofit supporting families affected by HIV/AIDS.

Amy Stisser

Amy is a partner at COGO Partners where she focuses on lateral partner, counsel and associate placements. Prior to joining COGO, Amy spent 15 years with the legal recruiting departments of two global firms in New York - first as a manager at Weil, and later as head of Milbank’s global recruiting team.

 

Working closely with recruits and attorneys at all levels, as well as firm leadership and administrative teams, Amy has developed a deep understanding of the business operations and evolving practice needs of a firm, enabling her to balance firms’ strategic objectives with an empathetic, candidate-centered approach.

 

Over the past 25 years, Amy has built lasting relationships across the legal community. Many of the partners she works with today - whether navigating a platform move or finding associate talent for their existing team - are the same people she first met as summer associates or junior laterals. Some of her most rewarding placements each year have grown out of these long-standing connections.

 

Amy earned her B.A. in English from the College of William & Mary and M.A. in Education from New York University.
